The The Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) is delighted to announce the successful completion of the TVRLS Certified HRD Audit 2500™ Program, a pioneering initiative designed to enhance HR practices and elevate HR professionalism in the Maldives. This intensive workshop, conducted by the world-renowned HR guru Professor. T.V. Rao and the esteemed Mrs. Nandhini Rao, represents another milestone in MAHRP’s commitment to advancing the HR landscape nationwide.
The program brought together over 23 HR professionals from various organizations, creating a platform for dynamic learning and collaboration. Over five days, participants engaged in a series of in-depth sessions covering key areas essential to modern HR practices, including:
