With more than two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Chef Nonky brings a wealth of culinary expertise and a passion for innovative gastronomy that will undoubtedly elevate the dining experiences at this prestigious Maldivian resort.

Chef Nonky’s career is a remarkable journey through some of the world’s most esteemed kitchens. A veteran of the Jumeirah brand, she has held key positions at iconic destinations such as Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai. Her extensive global experience, which spans the Maldives, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, Australia, and beyond, reflects her deep commitment to culinary excellence and her ability to draw inspiration from diverse cultures and cuisines.

In her new role as Executive Chef, Chef Nonky will lead the culinary operations at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, infusing each dish with her signature creativity and global flair. A native of Indonesia, Chef Nonky has a rich background working with prestigious hotel chains, including Four Seasons, Shangri-La, and Mandarin Oriental. She is celebrated for her ability to craft unique and unforgettable dining experiences that embody both the essence of the destination and the hallmarks of five-star service.

Under Chef Nonky’s leadership, guests at Jumeirah Olhahali Island can look forward to a reimagined culinary journey across the resort’s four waterfront dining outlets.
