A veteran of the Jumeirah brand, she has held key positions at iconic destinations such as Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai. Her extensive global experience, which spans the Maldives, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, Australia, and beyond, reflects her deep commitment to culinary excellence and her ability to draw inspiration from diverse cultures and cuisines.
In her new role as Executive Chef, Chef Nonky will lead the culinary operations at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, infusing each dish with her signature creativity and global flair. A native of Indonesia, Chef Nonky has a rich background working with prestigious hotel chains, including Four Seasons, Shangri-La, and Mandarin Oriental.
