CTI Maldives recently organized an impactful stress management training session for the staff of The Silver Sands Private Limited, focusing on essential strategies for identifying and coping with workplace stress. The session was led by Leesha Wisam, a respected Social Advocate, Author, and holder of a Master’s degree in psychology. This training aimed to equip employees with the tools necessary to recognize common stressors in the workplace, manage them effectively, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Coach Leesha began the session by guiding participants through the process of identifying common workplace stressors and understanding their impact on both performance and well-being.
